Ispal is a new business concept launched by the Group La Raza, Seville benchmark in hospitality for over 85 years. Located in the old hostelry meadow, still active, next to the Prado de San Sebastian.
Ispal is the restaurant cooking 100% Sevilla, hand of Executive Chef Antonio Bort, It has created a concept where KM0 kitchen takes its best, taking the whole letter as a common denominator that the main product of each dish is a product of the province of Sevilla. It has a great room service and one of the most extensive and complete letters of Andalusian wines and Seville, created by the great sommelier Rafa Bellido.
