Ispal obtains certification for KM0 and Slow Food restaurant
A passion for the product and the concept 100% Seville are the key.
Group La Raza considers herself very fortunate for our most recent acquisition in Seville, the ISPAL restaurant, has been certified as a Slow Food and KM0 restaurant endorsing their kitchen concept 100% Seville.
Restore the local cuisine based on authenticity and the use of seasonal products, promote food consumption of ecological proximity; and help retrieving the significance of the small local producer and product quality, are some of the requirements for obtaining the certificate Slow Food and KM0 Restaurant. They all fit in the concept of Kitchen 100% Seville which the ISPAL restaurant has been developing since its opening in June 2018.
ISPAL is a new business concept launched by Group La Raza, setting a benchmark for hospitality in Seville since 1932 (more than 85 years ago).
ISPAL is the restaurant for cooking 100% Seville, in the hands of our group executive chef, Jorge Manfredi. He created a concept in which KM0 kitchen is at its best, whereby the main ingredients of each dish are a product of our province as an integral part of the menu.
As for the dining room, ISPAL has a neat and dynamic service, its tables dressed with white linen tablecloths in a context where tradition and present coexist in perfect harmony. ISPAL has one of the most complete selections of Andalusian wines nationwide, in which the Sevillian wines serve a prominent role, also in the catering service.
Without doubt, ISPAL is committed to provide a culinary and cultural experience, a journey offering the best of the Seville province, and getting the feel of each landscape through the senses.
